Principally new method of analysis of marketing system of enterprise is developed in business – laboratory of marketing consulting department of Intron. System of express-diagnostics proposed by specialists of department allows conducting of functional diagnostics of marketing complex of the company within 45 minutes of communication with its top-management.

The method is based on determination of points of absence of functional support of marketing system. Zones of relative function inefficiency of the marketing complex of enterprise are determined as a result of express – diagnostics. Namely: estimation of functional effectiveness under the system of making and management of decisions – cycle SO+DA+EU (supervision, orientation + decisions, actions + effect tracing, update of strategy) is given for each of five key constituents of successful marketing (strategic marketing, marketing of goods, marketing of price, marketing of distribution, marketing of promotion). Given diagnosis points out the critical problems of marketing of enterprise. Moreover, directions which should be developed by the enterprise for more successful marketing and competitive business are clearly recognized on the grounds of diagnostics data.

On July, 14 2007 the Supreme Court of Ukraine has opened an action on appeal submitted in the interests of the client of the firm against the ruling of the Appellate Court of Donetsk oblast in the case on invalidation of the commercial organisation members resolution. Circuit Administrative Court has opened an action on the claim submitted by the client of the firm “Intron” against the State Tax Inspection and the State Treasury on VAT reimbursement. The interests of the client are represented by the lawyers of our firm.

Lawyers of the firm “Intron” has brought an administrative action in the interests of their client before the District Court of Donetsk against the State Enforcement Service on the revocation of the State Enforcement Service resolutions and revocation of the Act on sequestration and levy of execution. The District Court has rejected the administrative claim referring to the para.1(1) of the Art. 109 of the Code of Administrative Procedure (the reason for rejection was that the case could not be solved through the administrative procedure). The rejection of the administrative claim was appealed to the Donetsk Appellate Administrative Court. Donetsk Appellate Administrative Court has considered the appeal, and decided to allow the claim in its full amount.
